EXCHANGE:

We understand that getting the right fit matters.

Due to the limited nature of our drops, exchanges are subject to stock availability and cannot be guaranteed.

Exchange Conditions

To be eligible for an exchange:

• Item must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
• All tags must still be attached
• Request must be made within 7 days of delivery

 

How Exchanges Work

 

• If your requested size is in stock, we will process your exchange once your return is received
• If your size is sold out, a store credit will be issued instead
• Store credit can be used on any future drop

 

 

Shipping for Exchanges

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
• We cover the cost of sending your new item out (Australia only)

 

RETURNS

Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return:

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
• All original tags must be attached
• Return must be requested within 7 days of delivery

Returns Outcome

• Approved returns will be issued as store credit
• Store credit can be used on any future Darkarc drop
• We do not offer refunds for change of mind

Return Shipping

• Customers are responsible for returning their item
• Original shipping costs are non-refundable

 

If your item is faulty or incorrect, we will cover all associated shipping costs.
