Every DARKARC piece is hand-made to order in limited runs. This means your item starts production when you place your order — ensuring exclusivity and the perfect fit. 

(for example: you order, I then make your item & ship straight to you)

 

Production Timeline 

USUALLY pre ordering means a long wait. Not with Dark Arc. Currently ONLY doing pre orders as we are in the first year & it’s best to track inventory.

• Production window: 2-8 weeks from order date. (8 being worst case) usually 2 weeks if all goes according to schedule & depending on what product. Some take longer to make.

• Updates: we’ll keep you posted by email + Instagram (@darkarc) as your order moves through production, freight, and dispatch.

• Final sale: pre-orders are charged upfront and cannot be cancelled once placed.

• Lost/damaged parcels: contact Darkarc__@outlook.com within 48 hrs (with photos for damage claims).

UPDATED UNITED STATES SHIPPING INFORMATION:

    • New rules from August 26th 2025 is that all products shipped into the United States have tariffs/import tax & duties. BUT ALL IS COVERED WITHIN YOUR SHIPPING. No surprise costs. I’ve done this to make the shipping process more efficient & convenient for you.
