What is a pre-order?

A pre-order item is a product that is not ready to ship immediately. By purchasing a pre-order item, you are securing your piece before stock arrives and is packed.

Ordering ready-to-ship and pre-order items together

If your order contains both a ready-to-ship item and a pre-order item, your full order will be treated as a pre-order.

This means everything will be shipped together once the pre-order item is ready.

If you would like your ready-to-ship items sent first, you will need to place a separate order.

 

Production Timeline .

 

• Production window: 2-8 weeks from order date. (8 being worst case) usually 2 weeks if all goes according to schedule & depending on what product. Some take longer to make.

• Updates: we’ll keep you posted by email + Instagram (@darkarc) as your order moves through production, freight, and dispatch.

New Zealand 5–10 business days

USA & Canada 7–15 business days Duties & VAT included in price — no surprise fees

UK/EU 7–20 business days - VAT included in price — no surprise fees

Asia 7–15 business days

• Tracking: emailed once dispatched (updates may take 24–48 hrs).

• Secure delivery: we recommend a business/residential address.

• Hand-made: every piece is printed by me - please allow for the full production window.

• Final sale: pre-orders are charged upfront and cannot be cancelled once placed.

• Lost/damaged parcels: contact Darkarc__@outlook.com within 48 hrs (with photos for damage claims).

UPDATED UNITED STATES SHIPPING INFORMATION:

    • New rules from August 26th 2025 is that all products shipped into the United States have tariffs/import tax & duties. BUT ALL IS COVERED WITHIN YOUR SHIPPING. No surprise costs. I’ve done this to make the shipping process more efficient & convenient for you.
